Jacob Rigoli is the
VP of Customer Success for Pearson K-12 US Learning Services, a learning and
education company that creates digital and print curricula, core and
supplemental learning resources, and professional services offerings for more
than 12,000 school districts, schools, and other educational entities across
the United States. With up to 50% of K-12 learners in the US who have access to
our programs, Jacob and his teams ensure positive instructional and learner
outcomes are achieved for learners, educators, and schools. Jacob graduated
from the University of Arizona in Tucson with degrees in Management Information
Systems (MIS) and an Executive MBA. He has presented about customer experience,
customer success, and customer journey mapping at conferences in Toronto,
Miami, etc. At home in Sacramento, California, Jacob and his husband, Sean,
devote time to researching long-forgotten individuals from their local
community and sharing their histories and stories. They work to protect and
preserve otherwise-lost stories of humanity and life from eras past.
