Cheryl joined AIA in October 2015 as Head of Customer Contact. Cheryl provides leadership and strategic direction to the Customer Contact team in AIA, building their capabilities and driving high quality services as they seek to innovate and develop new ways to deliver personalized and trustworthy experience each time to AIA.
Before joining AIA, Cheryl was with Maybank Group for 5 years. Cheryl also spent 8 years with Prudential Malaysia across various areas of Customer Service and has close to 20 years of customer service experience in various industries.
