This session will look at critical leadership skills through a negotiation lens in developing top-notch female talent.

This is designed specifically to address the distinct challenges faced by today’s outstanding women, helping them to advance their singular strengths and surpass both personal and organizational growth objectives. Participants gain greater understanding and ability in effective negotiation, strategic decision-making, motivation strategies, conflict resolution and more.

This session will provide a unique forum in which to learn from cutting edge academic and industry leaders and the opportunity to learn from other exceptional women while developing productive and lasting relationships. This translates to the strongest female trailblazers of today and tomorrow – and the most competitive, cutting-edge organizations that employ them.

Mentorship is known to develop personal and professional growth and a way to empower women in the workplace. Additionally, having an avid male ally who is a supporter of diversity and a champion for women can end gender disparities in corporations. As women, we face a myriad of challenges in the workplace, especially in regards to sustainable leadership. However, having a mentor and an ally can help better navigate these challenges and find practical solutions to build your brand and excel in business opportunities. 

This diverse panel will examine effective mentorship and how allies can be catalysts for change in the workplace.
