Update: June 29, 2020
Since our very first event update on March 3, we have been working to determine the best course of action for Customer Contact Week. After much deliberation we have come to the decision, with the health and safety of our attendees as the #1 priority, to move Customer Contact Week to a fully virtual event format this year. While we are saddened that we will not be coming together in person in Las Vegas, we look forward to providing the CCW community with the opportunity to meet, learn, and network virtually.
CCW At Home, the virtual companion to CCW Las Vegas, will provide the same insights, innovation and learning as the live event. The event will feature the same expert speakers, cover the same innovative content, and provide networking to build new business relationships.
Customer Contact Week will be returning to Las Vegas next year, June 28-July 2, 2021 at Caesars Forum. We can’t wait to be back together in person, and until then, we will meet virtually.
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have at this time.
We hope you and your loved ones continue to stay safe at this time.
Update: May 14, 2020
The health and safety of our attendees and employees remains our singular priority as we execute our plan to return to the business of live events, and prepare to welcome you to CCW Las Vegas later this summer. We are currently developing an industry-leading standard of hygiene and program modifications designed to exceed Covid-19 mitigation guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and the State of Nevada.
This first edition of our operating framework is a reflection of our rigorous commitment to delivering a world-class live event experience in these extraordinary times. This plan will continue to be revised with guidance from state and federal health officials, and our local partner, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, to ensure the health and safety of our attendees from badge pickup to departure.

Update: May 7, 2020
We’re looking forward to Customer Contact Week Las Vegas, set to take place, August 24-28, 2020 at the Caesars Forum.
Health and safety for our attendees and event staff is our number one priority. We are currently working with Caesars Forum to ensure the CCW onsite experience includes measures that meet and exceed federal and state guidelines for sanitation, disinfection and social distancing. We are meticulously planning for the safest experience, and will be releasing more information as soon as it is confirmed.
We’re also excited to announce the introduction of CCW At Home - the virtual companion to CCW Las Vegas. CCW At Home will feature virtual access to many of the world class thought leaders and cutting-edge best practices that will be featured at the live event in Las Vegas. Stay tuned for the CCW At Home agenda release.
At this time, we understand travel restrictions, cost limitations, and comfort level may be inhibitors to attending CCW later this year. We’re pleased to offer you access to the most innovative customer contact event both in-person and virtually, and provide you with the best CCW experience we can. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have at this time.
Update: March 27, 2020
After careful consideration, we are postponing Customer Contact Week. The health, safety and well-being of our attendees, partners and employees is paramount, and this is the only action that is within our power in order to make sure you remain healthy and safe during these uncertain times. Rescheduling this event will allow us to deliver the Customer Contact Week experience that you are accustomed to, in a safe environment.
We recognize that you likely have several questions, the first being, “When are the new dates?” We are very excited to announce that we have already secured new dates for August 24-28 at Caesars Forum (date changed, venue remains the same).
If you have any questions, please see our FAQ page, and feel free to reach out to myself or your relationship manager personally. We wish you continued good health and look forward to seeing you in August.

CCW Las Vegas is going ahead as scheduled.
In light of the recent developments surrounding COVID-19, I wanted to provide you with some information leading up to CCW Vegas, taking place this June.
Firstly, I want to stress that the show will go on! We are continuously monitoring what the CDC, WHO, and US Government have recommended and follow their advice. I want to assure you that our attendees’ health and well-being are our #1 priority and we do not take the current situation lightly. Therefore there are several precautions and measures that we are and will undertake in the weeks leading up to the event and on site in Las Vegas.
Before I dive into those, a few facts to note:
All of this is excellent news and speaks to the strength of the CCW Vegas program, but despite this optimism, we know that we must be vigilant to ensure that our venue and attendees follow basic good-health protocols including no hand-shaking, washing hands regularly, and stressing that if anyone feels unwell, to please not attend, and if they are already in Las Vegas for the event when this occurs, to see a healthcare professional immediately.
Additionally, please note the following precautionary and preventative measures are being taken to ensure the event environment is as healthy and safe as possible:
We are looking forward to seeing you in Las Vegas this June. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly.
