Prior to joining TGI FRIDAYS, Mr. Mityas served as the Managing Partner for JS Consulting and as the Chief Executive Officer for Hollywood Video/Movie Gallery.

Tobias Vögtlin holds the dual position Head of Customer Servicing Operations Lufthansa Group and CEO Lufthansa InTouch. He joined Lufthansa InTouch in January 2014 as CFO. In this role he achieved the eco¬nomical rehabilitation of the customer service network, which is recording positive business results for five consecutive years. In 2018 Tobias was appointed CEO Lufthansa InTouch. Within one year he substantially improved operational performance and reduced production costs. In January 2019 Tobias was given the operational responsibility for all Service Centres of the Lufthansa Group.
Before joining Lufthansa InTouch, Tobias worked for Buro Happold, a prestigious engineering company. Responsible for delivering comprehensive corporate finance functions, he gained extensive knowledge in international finance across continents and time zones. He worked as Financial Controller for Middle East, Asia Pacific & India, and as Regional Accountant for Central Europe and Asia Pacific. When based in Dubai, he established finance teams and developed business structures for companies in mainland China, Hong Kong, India, and the Middle East. Tobias graduated with a Diploma in Business Management, Accounting, Finance & Invest¬ment, General Business Management at Technical University Berlin, Germany.

Scoop partners with some of the world's most forward-thinking companies, including LinkedIn, T-Mobile, and Workday, to offer convenient, enjoyable carpooling to their employees, helping commuters be happier and less stressed in their day-to-day lives.
As VP of Community, Lili oversees Scoop’s Support, Trust and Safety, and Community Development teams. Responsible for creating clear-cut solutions to new, ambiguous challenges with the goal of making it easier for all audiences to operate successfully, Lili is passionate about building scalable experiences that allow people to feel a sense of belonging. Prior to joining Scoop, Lili spent years building community and managing a balance of operational and human efforts at a variety of fast-paced consumer-focused companies including Periscope (Twitter) and BuzzFeed. Lili holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts from Scripps College.
Myke is the Vice President of People at Bombas, a fast-growing, energetic e-commerce apparel company. In addition to leading the People team in recruitment and retention strategies, Myke also oversees the brand’s workplace awards program. Under Myke, the company has received top-rated workplace accolades, including Best Workplaces™ in Retail from Great Place to Work (No. 1) and People Magazine’s 2019 Companies that Care (No. 17). He has an extensive background in human resources and technology and has studied organizational development and digital media at New York University and Colorado State University. With his experience working with high growth start-ups including LivePerson, Magnetic and Bombas, he has had the opportunity to transform and evolve HR concepts to support the modern day workforce from a ‘people-first’ perspective.
Ingrid is a digital native, equal parts creative and analytical in her approach. She brings over a decade of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing strategy, working on large-scale omnichannel projects for beauty and fashion brands like MAC Cosmetics, Clinique, John Varvatos, and Sam Edelman. After 6 years at The Estee Lauder Companies, she moved to the agency side and oversaw the relaunch of Pepsi’s global loyalty program, with a new complementary digital app and web experience. Ingrid joined the e.l.f. team in July, 2019 as the Vice President of Digital Commerce and Consumer Experience, where she leads the strategy for connecting e.l.f.’s entire digital retail ecosystem to serve e.l.f. consumers exactly where they are, while providing the best brand connection to grow both relevance and revenue. Ingrid has a B.S. in Economics from Baruch College in Manhattan, and completed the User Experience Design program at General Assembly.
