Amanda oversees approximately 190 Wynn employees including reservation sales (rooms, entertainment, dining, and spa/salon), casino promotions, hotel operators, hospitality services, and specialty small groups. She is responsible for maintaining Forbes five star service levels and luxury resort sales goals.

Amanda has been the champion of a powerful set of metrics and standards that have driven 5-star service in the Wynn service center.  Her latest initiative focuses on applying those best practices and successes across to the sales center as well.
