Arnfinn Austefjord, Director of Customer Service Management Product Strategy at ServiceNow, has over twenty years of experience driving customer support transformation at Oracle and Sun Microsystems. Arnfinn led the Self-Service and Community channels, as well as the Knowledge Centered Services (KCS) initiatives at both Sun and Oracle. He has been recognized in 2017 as a KCS Innovator by the Consortium for Services Innovation (CSI). He is a judge for the Association for Support Professionals (ASP) Top Ten Support Site award. He has presented Services Transformation sessions at TSIA, CSI, ASP and several other venues.
