Richard is the AVP of Digital Experience Design at Wells Fargo. His life purpose is to add value through everything he does and in all his relationships by creating exceptional and valuable experiences. His career serves his purpose by leading teams and organizations to imagine, design and create optimal digital experiences that deliver the maximum value.
Richard's career is rooted in the technical side of things with a background in software engineering. He then transitioned to the design agency side of the house, which eventually evolved into enterprise roles that blend all of his various strengths: digital and design. At CCW Vegas, Richard will specifically be speaking on how to activate design in the customer function to transform into the call center of the future.
