Allison Corley is the CallMiner business owner for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services.  Allison has been involved with CallMiner since January 2017, and has driven the implementation of version 10 to the MBFS contact centers in the Fort Worth, Canada, and Mexico offices.  She currently leads a team of analysts who run over 140 reports, and is continuously developing new ways to improve operations through speech analytics.
