CCW Digital Glossary: Longest Delay in Queue (LDQ)

Longest Delay or Oldest Call is defined as the highest amount of time a caller has waited on hold before disconnecting, or being put through to an agent. This represents the worst case during the measurement period. Longest delay to abandon measures the worst case for a caller who was not handled.
