My company, KIXEYE (kixeye.com), is looking for a consultant with expertise in building scalable support operations. Our business has tripled this year with corresponding growth in our support department, and we expect similar growth in 2013. We're looking for a consultant with expertise in support operations and financial modeling - we would like to engage someone to review and challenge our current forecasts and assumptions, and help us to design a plan to build out our support department over the next year (and beyond, hopefully!). We're a bit too small for the Big 10 consulting firms (McKinsey, etc.), and it's proven difficult to find information about consulting firms that specialize in or have expertise in support operations. If anyone could recommend one, that would be very much appreciated.
