Hosted by Steve Riddell, the chief operating officer for 2010 Call Center Excellence Award Winner Blinds.com, the Call Center Excellence Awards ceremony honored the leading customer management innovators and practitioners. The winners were named during a special luncheon held on day three of the 2011 Call Center Week event, which has been taking place in Las Vegas, NV since June 13.
