Hosted by Alorica's Colleen Beers and featuring an unforgettable showcase from "America's Got Talent" winner Mat Franco, the 2017 CCW Excellence Awards recognized the absolute best when it comes to customer service.

Winners and runners-up were revealed for categories like "Best-in-Class Contact Center," "Best Contact Center Culture," "CRM Provider of the Year," and "CX Leader of the Year."
