I would like to offer my book for review and possible inclusion/mention on this website. The title is: "e;Earn More Tips On Your Very Next Shift...Even If You're a Bad Waiter"e;. It is available on Amazon in both paperback and Kindle versions. But I took a different approach than many other books on similar topics. Instead of the usual method of teaching customer service tactics as if they came from your department manager, that's too formal for my style, I focused on ways that a waiter can earn BIGGER tips by following my methods. I know that will get their interest. By showing real-world situations that any waiter will face and what their actions should be allows the waiters to focus on the guest, not their own day-to-day activities. These are the same tactics that I have used for years in my own career. I am still active in the business and have helped countless waiters create a lasting memory for their guests based on catering to their basic needs and desires and NOT on the correct way to set a table or upsell the expensive items on the menu. Remember: Only by making your guests feel special, feel as if THEIR enjoyment is YOUR primary concern, will you make the big tips. All else is not important. I hope you will consider my request. I will be happy to provide a PDF or paperback version if you desire. Thank you in advance for your consideration. Steve DiGioia sjdigioia@optonline.net
