This is a 3 part question. 1) How can I determine what industries are best for me to work in as Customer Service Representative in a contact center environment? (i.e.-Health Care, Education, Banking, etc.) 2) What other related occupations could I consider that utilize the same skills from a call center environment? -I enjoy working my current position as a dispatcher supporting related departments, technicans, and management to meet clients' needs. 3) How important is having a bachelor's degree once I determine which industry appeals to me most? - I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
