Hi, my biggest problem is how to interrupt a customer so he does not raise my HT with chit chatting or telling me their whole life story. I don't mean to be insensitive but my job is on the line. I have the lowest HT in my group. I work for Teletech Dish Network campaign in Mexico. I am so low (59%) in my HT that I am in serious danger of losing my job. Please help.
