American Express: Continuing its Focus on Providing Superior Customer Service

Doria Camaraza is American Express's Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Credit Card Operations Service Center. At March 2010's Customer Experience Summit, Camaraza discusses the future of American Express and how they continue to strive for service excellence as it celebrates its 260th anniversary. Camaraza also disccusses specific changes made due to customer service and employee feedback American Express received, such as introducing the program, 'Recommend to a Friend,' and 'World Service.'
