Cushman also touches on how AT&T manages negative press through social media, as well as how the next generation connects and gathers information with Facebook membership at 400 million and 35 million tweets generated a day. Cushman gave a keynote presentation at the event entitled, Re-Visioning World Class Customer Service with Technology.
