As we here at Call Center IQ resume full operations in the fallout of Hurricane Sandy, we again want to take the opportunity to send best wishes to those still dealing with this unfortunate, destructive storm.

All who endured trauma as a result of the Hurricane remain in our thoughts and prayers, and we particularly applaud those who have stepped up to care for friends, family members, coworkers and even strangers who were facing particular difficulty. Rebounding from such devastation is never easy, but the power of the human spirit always finds a way to overcome and get everything back on track.

While the home Call Center IQ and IQPC office in New York, NY has remained fully functional, some of our storage and networking facilities did not experience the same luck.

We have learned that access to our conference websites, including those homepages for the Big Data Business Forum, the 8th Call Center Summit, Customer Experience Summit for Banking & Financial Services and Call Center Week, is presently unavailable for most users.

If you are inquiring about any of IQPC's live conferences, or have a matter to discuss with our Call Center IQ online division, please contact our director Brian Cantor at brian[dot]cantor[at]iqpc[dot]com. Brian, who will make sure your inquiry is answered promptly and completely, is also accessible via phone at 212 885 2684.

Regarding webinars, today's planned webinar Tales from the Contact Center Darkside: 4 Scary CX Myths Debunked has been postponed until November 14, 2012. As of press time, every other upcoming Call Center IQ webinar was to run on schedule.

Thanks for continuing to support us and know that we continue to root for your speedy rebound from Sandy,

The Call Center IQ Team
